Every year, during the first weekend of August, ~75,000 gamers gather in Indianapolis to play and explore the newest offerings in board games. I am on the engineering team working on the mobile app used to support the convention. Attendees can find, and buy tickets for events, and navigate with our map. Workers can sell tickets and manage events, and scan badges directly from within the mobile app's badge scanning feature
